It's like a second home now... I absolutely recommend it!

I crossed the threshold of Calisthenics Milan for the first time in January 2017, because my brother and a childhood friend of his, enthusiastic about the newly discovered discipline, dragged everyone who was within range (including me). If I think back to these years spent together I smile, thinking of the countless acquaintances I have made here, going from well-known champions to people like me who had never heard of Calisthenics until the day before. So great variety, profound freedom and a relaxed atmosphere. Through this place I met people, both women and men, who are still a daily presence in my life; I had satisfaction and achieved performance goals by sweating and being accompanied in my progress by my coach and teammates. Calisthenics Milan has increasingly become a reality that accepts you for who you are and a place of inclusion. I recommend both private lessons and group lessons, the choice depends on your goals and the determination you have! Online coaching works well, I tried it personally, with the necessary tools and willpower you can train very well wherever you want. This gym reflects exactly who dreamed, designed and created it: Ale and having seen the seasons and then the years pass in this place, I can say how this environment has constantly improved in its image and likeness and how the gym has grown with him. I have always been listened to and supported as much as possible, creating workouts more focused on my goals and therefore on my lower body.
